Collections can be undertaken on a contingency basis where commission is charged on moneys collected. Alternatively staff can be supplied to undertake collections on your behalf and charged out on an agreed FTE ( Full Time Employee) basis.

The collection process varies based on the type and age of debt referred and your preferred referral and collection process.
