Charter mercantile offers third party Collection services to a variety of clients - including credit card collections ,Consumer finance and Commercial clients. We at charter have a history of high recovery rates with lower costs which has helped us to maintain a large client base.
Optimum Service with minimal costs.
Charter offers collection services on a commission basis , which means the client pays a small commission for the money that we recover and does not get charged for the attempt. Charter does not believe in binding the clients with an annual collection contract as our program is set up on a "per account" basis.

Third party collection involves both B2B ( Business to Business Accounts) Collections and B2C ( Business to Consumer Accounts) collection

- Debt Loaded into our system
- Demand letter send immediately
- Phone demands
- Attempt to locate debtor through search if no contact
- Once contact made, negotiating a payment plan
- Work to ensure the payment materializes
- If no payments recommend legal action or write off

Customer Identification Location : At Charter, we have our own Skip trace team who specializes in Skip searches and tracing the whereabouts of missing customer using the latest search engines on the internet. These services are provided to the clients at a nominal rate.
Field Calls: Charter has long term partnerships with leading Commercial agents/ Field agents and this service is available Australia wide.
Legal: Legal/litigation service for debt recovery is made available to clients with the help of our in house legal team and a panel of Solicitor firms in different states of Australia. The entire legal process, starting from initiation of claims to the recovery through enforcement of judgment is carried out by our legal team.
