The CEO's at CHARTER, Simon Hunnisett and Steve Kiely, along with Dr Geoff Harris formed the highly regarded, Real Business Software in 2001. COSMOS is a unique and bespoke software system established by Real Business Software, specialising in debt recovery services. Specifically developed for CHARTER, the software is now customised and used in 3 countries (Australia, New Zealand and India).

Cosmos uses integrated robots that automate the collection process. It has inbuilt coding that keeps team members talking to the right party contacts and a predictive dialler system. This state of the art technology, unique to CHARTER has proven to improve efficiencies, improve the user experience, fine tune collection treatments and compliance, streamline payment arrangements, sharpen strategies with analytics and protect sensitive data.
