Charter has established an onshore/offshore collection model that improves collection results and compliance.
This model allows all data to remain onshore on our server located in Brisbane CBD. The client relationship is also managed onshore. The client decides how much they wish to lower their collection costs and improve their collection rates based on the offshore resources they wish to allocated to work their account.
Charter has proven historical statistics that demonstrates higher collection rates at lower commission rates. That are achieved by using this collection model.
In addition quality and compliance with client SLA's and statutory and regulatory requirements are substantially improved because of the dedicated compliance team that are allocated to measure and audit every account referred for collection.
